A. Navigate to our Registration page and provide your Business information, including your Sales Tax License! We will need:
- Business Name
- Contact First and Last Name
- Phone Number
- Shipping Address
- A clear and legible photo or scanned copy of your valid Sales Tax ID
A. We offer a select number of items on our website for sale. If you would like a larger and more custom order, feel free to reach out using our information on the Locations page.
A. No, we are currently wholesale/B2B only. Tax ID required to purchase.
A. For onsite orders – we accept cash, all major credit cards, and business checks. For remote orders we accept credit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
A. We ship our orders ASAP once payment is received. We generally ship UPS and can ship anywhere in the US. For larger orders, we can ship pallets. However, we do not drop ship.
A. We accept returns within 30 days of invoice date, only for items in original condition. All discounted item sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange. J.K. Stone does not cover the cost of return shipping.
A. Yes! Our Lakewood, CO location is open year-round, Monday thru Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST. We are available for walk ins, video calls, and remote shipping.
Our Denver location is only open during the September Denver show, otherwise you must make an appointment.
Our Tucson location is only open during the Winter Tucson Gem Show. Otherwise, you must make an appointment.
